Past Life Regression

Your soul has lived many lifetimes, each carrying different lessons, gifts and wisdom that shape your path today. In this guided past life regression, we journey together to explore one past life that your soul is ready to reveal to you. 

We begin the session by connecting with your energy and choosing 4 oracle cards connecting to your Roots/Ancestors, Your Crown chakra/ higher self/ guides, Your Divine Feminine/Past and your Divine Masculine / Future. We do not look at these cards until the end. 

I will then invite you to lay down comfortably where I will guide you through a gentle breathwork/meditation and sound healing. We then step into the Regression which will connect you to memories and experiences beyond this lifetime, uncovering insight, healing and even recognising familiar souls from your present life. 

I will then gently end the regression and transition into providing some reiki energy healing to integrate the energy from the regression and leave you feeling balanced, grounded and supported. 

After the Reiki energy healing I will guide you to sit back up where we will discuss the experience and also look at the oracle cards that were pulled at the beginning of the session to end the session with further guidance and clarity.
