Energy Healing

This is more than a Reiki Session, it is a sacred space for deep healing, alignment and connection. I connect with my guides, ascended masters and any loving energies ready to step forward in support of your journey. The healing energy flows exactly where it is needed, helping to release blocks, restore harmony and align you with your true essence. During the session you may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, floating sensations or see colours / imagery. I channel messages throughout the healing which we explore together at the end of the session bringing further clarity and integration to your experience. 

My energy healing sessions can also be focused on Chakra balancing or multi-dimensional healing. Your chakra's are the energy centres that influence every layer of your being. When they are clear and balanced, your energy naturally flows with ease, supporting your inner harmony. When they are blocked we can experience different health issues or experience blocks in certain areas of our lives / relationships.

For example if someone struggles with addiction this can mean they have blocks in their solar plexus chakra. 

For the multi-dimensional healing, we are more than our present self, your soul expands across past lifetimes, parallel lifetimes, dimensions and realms unseen, Multi-dimensional healing can reach deep into the roots of the imbalance. Multi - dimensional healing allows me to cut any cords and fight away any negative energies that may of attached to you.  

We begin the session by connecting with your energy and choosing 4 oracle cards connecting to your Roots/Ancestors, Your Crown chakra/ higher self/ guides, Your Divine Feminine/Past and your Divine Masculine / Future. We do not look at these cards until the end. 

I will then invite you to lay down comfortably where I will guide you through a gentle breathwork/meditation and sound healing. We then step into the energy healing. 

After the Reiki energy healing I will guide you to sit back up where we will discuss the experience and also look at the oracle cards that were pulled at the beginning of the session to end the session with further guidance and clarity.

Energy healing can be for anyone from premature babies to elderly persons. Also available as a gift voucher. Taking place in-person only. A general energy healing would need to take place first prior to a Chakra Balancing or Multi-Dimensional session.
